The Process

The Pool Tile Revival Process:

My process is simple, transparent, and built around a single commitment: me. From the moment you first reach out to the final goodbye, you'll be working with me, the owner, Aaron. I believe this one-on-one approach is the best way to ensure your total satisfaction.

Step 1: Your Initial Contact

The process begins the moment you reach out to me. Whether it's by phone, email, or a contact form on my website, I'll get back to you promptly. I’ll listen to your needs, answer your initial questions, and we can move on to the next step with one of two options.

Step 2: Estimating Cost of Service

Option A: The On-Site Assessment & Quote

For a truly personal experience, I'll arrive on time to your property to personally assess your pool and water features. I’ll walk you through my wet blasting process, explain its benefits over traditional methods, and show you exactly what to expect. This is where I provide you with a clear, detailed, and unbelievably good price—no hidden fees, no surprises.

Option B: The Digital Quote

For your convenience, I can also provide an accurate quote without ever visiting your property. Simply send me the property's address, a few pictures of the pool area, including your waterline tile, spillways, water features, and all heavy calcium build-up areas. I will use Google Earth and other available satellite images to get a comprehensive view of your property. I will then send you a clear, detailed quote for you to review at your leisure.

Step 3: The Day of Service

Once we've scheduled a date, I'll arrive exactly when I say I will. I take great pride in being punctual and prepared. If you used Option B for your estimate, I'll first confirm the price with you to ensure we're on the same page. Then, I will unload my machine and all my tools and get to work.

Step 4: The Clean-Up and Goodbye

The job isn’t done until your property is immaculate. I'll carefully vacuum the glass beads from the bottom of your pool, leaving it completely clean. I will then perform a thorough cleanup of the surrounding deck and landscaping. My goal is to leave the area looking better than I found it. Once I'm done, I'll walk you through the finished work, ensuring you're 100% satisfied with how your tiles and water features look. After you’ve seen the incredible transformation, I'll say goodbye, leaving you with revived pool tiles that look brand new.

Blasting Methods:

Wet Blasting vs. Dry Blasting:  Why I Choose Wet Blasting with Glass Beads and Low Air Pressure.....

The key difference is the use of water. With wet blasting, the glass beads are carried by water, which prevents them from becoming airborne. This means less than 5% of the mess lands on your pool deck—typically within two feet of the water's edge. The rest of the beads settle neatly into the bottom of the pool, where they can be easily vacuumed away.

In contrast, dry blasting creates a huge mess. A slight breeze can scatter the glass beads into every corner of your property and even your neighbor's yard. Worse, the airborne material poses a serious danger to breathe, and I personally hate having to wear a heavy hood and a respirator in the heat.

For me, the mess is a major deal-breaker. A messy job makes it nearly impossible to honor my 100% satisfaction guarantee. That’s why, even though dry blasting is two to three times faster, I'd rather work slower with wet blasting to ensure a 98% cleaner process. A clean job is more important to me than a fast one, and it ensures a happy client and no upset neighbors.
